Registration Information
Registration will be open from JANUARY 1ST
Registration will close on March 1st this year
Late Registration (add$25.00)
Late Registrations past this date are not guaranteed and will be dependent on team availability.
Eligibility information:
*Must live within the QCLL boundary, played at QCLL the previous year, or attend a school within our boundaries.

Divisions for ages 4-8
This age group's games are all played at our Ike Payne fields in Galesburg
T-Ball (Co-Ed) $75
Age 4-6 (Games days TBD)
Minor Baseball Machine Pitch (Co-Ed) $100
Ages 7 & 8 (Games days TBD)
SOFTBALL DIVISIONS ages 9-16
This age group's games are played at our home fields and away fields
Little Major Girls Softball $100

Major Girls Softball $100

Junior Girls Softball $100

Paperwork requirements:
*All QCLL players that attend a school within the QCLL boundaries (CLIMAX, SCOTTS, GALESBURG & AUGUSTA) will be required to fill out and sign the first section of the
School Enrollment Form and return to us. QCLL will have the additional sections filled out by the school. If you filed this form with us last year, there is no need to fill it out again. We should have it on file.
*If you reside within the QCLL boundaries but do not attend a school within the boundaries, you will need to provide
3 proofs of residency as required per Little League rules. This must be done EACH YEAR per Little League rules. These can be scanned to
[email protected] or uploaded through the registration online.
*All fees and documents must be received by QCLL before your child can be added to a team. You can turn them in at skills assessments or email them to [email protected]. The sooner we get them the better!
Returning QCLL players:
*Log in with your username and password from last year (top right corner). From here you can update any information that has changed and/or add another child to your account and then hit the registration tab.
New QCLL players:
*Click on the registration tab (top right corner) and create a new account. When registering online, your registration is not complete until you submit payment (credit card/check), get to the screen that confirms your registration and you receive a confirmation email. If you do not get the confirmation email please contact us so we can verify your email and registration.
All divisions use league age, which is not always your child's actual age, to determine the division he/she will play in. Once you enter your child's birth date the system will automatically show the divisions available for their league (players) age. If you would like your child to play in a division outside of their player age you must register for the division listed and add a comment to your registration requesting the division you would like and why. If this division has a mandatory skills assessment your child MUST attend this to be moved. The baseball/softball director will then determine the appropriate division for your child.
